IMLA Gives Membership Break to Small Cities in TMAA

The International Municipal Lawyers Association has agreed with TMAA to allow city attorneys from cities with a population of less than 2,600 who are members of TMAA to become members of IMLA for a very modest yearly membership fee of $50.00. The normal charge is $375.00. IMLA, like TMAA, provides CLE programs, publications, a listserve, ordinance services, and other assistance to city attorneys. This should be an opportunity for attorneys from small cities to broaden their contacts and horizons. To join IMLA under this program, contact TMAA.

Member Benefit: Email Forum

A computer e-mail forum sponsored by TMAA offers an opportunity to share information and pose questions to municipal attorneys throughout Tennessee by sending a single e-mail message. All municipal attorneys are welcome to join the forum. To join, contact TMAA.

“If there are any members who have not joined the TMAA Email Forum, I highly suggest you subscribe. It’s been very active and incredibly helpful.” — Andy Wright, TMAA member
